This guarantee is valid for:
All original KUNERT CHINCHILLAN tights, stockings and stay-ups with the no-runs guarantee
seal.
Tights, stockings and stay-ups can get holes, whether be it from mechanical or chemical
stress or from excessive wear, and this is also true of our products.
We guarantee that a – usually small - hole such as this will not develop into an annoying
run. In the unusual event that a run should occur, simply send us the product, along with
the original packaging and the receipt, to the following address:

You will then receive new CHINCHILLAN tights/stockings/stay-ups your size andcolour free of charge.
The following products will not be replaced:
1. Those that have obviously been subjected to improper use(e.g. mechanical or chemical damage)
2. Those not labelled CHINCHILLAN
3. CHINCHILLAN knit tights/knit stockings/knit stay-ups.
This does not affect your statutory guarantee rights.

Die Garantie gilt für:
Alle original KUNERT CHINCHILLAN Feinstrumpfhosen, Feinstrümpfe und Halterlosstrümpfe mit dem Anti-Laufmaschen-Garantiesiegel.
Strümpfe können Löcher bekommen. Durch mechanische oder chemische Einwirkungen
oder überproportionale Beanspruchung. Das gilt auch für unsere Produkte.
Wir garantieren Ihnen, dass sich aus dem – meistens kleinen - Loch keine ärgerliche
Laufmasche entwickelt. Sollte sich im Ausnahmefall doch eine Laufmasche
bilden, schicken Sie uns einfach das Produkt, die Original-Verpackung und den Kassen-/
Rechnungsbon an:
KUNERT FASHION GmbH & CO. KG,
Julius-Kunert-Strasse 49, D - 87509 Immenstadt.
Sie bekommen dann völlig kostenfrei ein neues CHINCHILLAN-Feinstrumpf-Produkt in Ihrer Größe und Farbe.
Nicht erstattet werden Produkte, die
1. offensichtlich keinem sachgemäßen Gebrauch ausgesetztwaren (z. B. bei mechanischer oder chemischer Zerstörung)
2. nicht unter CHINCHILLAN ausgezeichnet sind
3. CHINCHILLAN Strickstrümpfe, da es sich hierbei nicht um
Feinstrümpfe handelt.
Ihre gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte bleiben hiervon unberührt.

La garantie s’applique à:
Atous les collants, mi-bas et bas autofi xants fi ns originaux KUNERT CHINCHILLAN pourvus du label de garantie antidémaillage.
Que ce soit sous des influences chimiques ou mécaniques, ou par suite de sollicitations
excessives, un bas peut se trouer. En cela, nos produits ne font pas exception.
Nous vous garantissons cependant que les trous – en général petits – ne se transformeront
pas en mailles fi lées disgracieuses. Si tel devait exceptionnellement être le cas,
envoyez tout simplement l’article à

dans son emballage original et accompagné du ticket de caisse/de la facture. Vous recevrez
