1. Where does KUNERT Online Shop deliver to and how long does the shipping take?

The KUNERT Online Shop delivers to customers in Germany free of charge for orders exceeding €25,00. Orders below €25,00 will be charged with €4,95. Shipments to Austria are free of charge for orders above €40,00. Orders below €40,00 will be charged with €6,95. The KUNERT Online Shop delivers to your desired address also to your working place, friends, family or neighbours. Please fill in the desired address for each delivery. Otherwise, the order will be sent to the ordering address. Shipment to a P.O. Box is not possible. The invoice address is always the order address. A shipment to other countries is not possible. Thank youu for your unsderstanding. You have full right of free return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods are delivered within 3-7 days, provided that the order is placed on a work day (Monday to Friday until 14:00). Orders received after 14:00, on weekends or holidays will be delivered on the following business day. The KUNERT Online Shop informs you by email about the receipt if your order. If nobody is at home to receive the delivery, the goods can be collected at the post office within 7 days. Shipment is effected by Deutsche Post AG.

No, there is no minimum or maximum order. Shipments to Germany are free of charge for orders exceeding €25,00. Orders below €25,00 will be charged with €4,95.Express shipments are charged with €15,00. Shipments to Austria are free of charge for orders exceeding €40,00. Orders below €40,00 will be charged with €6,95.

4. Are all articles always available for immediate delivery?

In the shop you will only find articles and colors displayed that are available in stock. If a standard color is not available, you can receive information by email as soon as the color is in stock.

6. Which payment methods can I use in the KUNERT Online Shop?

Payment by credit card

We accept MasterCard and Visa. In order to protect your credit card details, the data is transferred in an encrypted form (SSL) and cannot be seen by a third person. After choosing the payment method in the shop you will be asked to enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the credit card verrification code. The Card Verification Value/Code number consists of the three last numbers printed in the signature field on the back of the card.

In the event of credit card fraud, please contact your credit card institution. In the event of misuse you will be reimbursed by the the credit card company. Most credit card institutions generally carry all cost or limit your liability to an equity contribution of not more than €50,00.

What are the benefits of a sock subscription?

You can save up to 5% compared to a normal order.

With the sock subscription you only have to order once. Hence, you will receive your favourite items in your desired colour and size free shipping cost in regular intervals without having to reorder.

The sock subscription became very popular as a gift. Treat yourself or your friends by purchasing a sock subscription today.

How does a sock subscription work?

In our sock subscription you will receive all basic articles in regular intervals free of shipping costs.

You choose how often you want to receive the socks. You can put together your subscription individually by choosing article, colour and size. You can also determine the frequency and interval. The products will be sent e.g. every month, 2nd or 3rd month. The minimum order value of a partial shipment is €25,00.

One subscription can only be entered in one order, which is sent to one address, has one starting date and one interval. If you want a further subscription, you need to place a new order.
Of course you can add as many articles as you like to the subscription.

The payment of the complete annual subscription will be done in adcance with a discount of 5%.

You need to register in order to purchase a subscription.
